• We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days after they are placed. ​

  • Delivery of orders are within 5-7 business days Australia wide.

  • All deliveries include a tracking number which will be sent to your email provided.


Mioplay understands that online shopping can be difficult as you physically interact with the product before purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most cases we are happy to exchange, refund or credit you.


Please contact us at if you wish to return or exchange your product. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must; 


  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Product must also be in the original packaging. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not permitted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or returned. 

  • Return at your own expense and packaged up well (we would also recommend sending to us with a tracking number in case of loss in transit).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
